Mods & Setup
The server runs BepInEx mods. Your client needs matching versions, or you'll be kicked on join with a version mismatch.
Easiest: use a mod manager
- Install Thunderstore Mod Manager or r2modman.
- Select Valheim and create a new profile (e.g. "Deathsquito").
- Install each mod in the table below. Dependencies install automatically.
- Launch with Start modded from the manager.
Server mod list

Configs are synced from the server automatically. You don't need to copy
any .cfg files. Server-enforced settings sync to you when you join.
Manual install
- Download BepInExPack Valheim and extract it into your Valheim folder (Steam → Valheim → Manage → Browse local files).
- Run the game once so BepInEx creates its folders, then close it.
- Extract each mod's
.dllfiles intoBepInEx/plugins/.
Troubleshooting
- "Incompatible version": update Valheim and all mods to their latest versions.
- Can't see the server: it isn't publicly listed. Use Add server with the IP.
- Connection times out: the server may be asleep. Check the status page.
